How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Absolutely! We love getting creative. You can visit any of our physical locations to customize your own scents and watch our Soap Makers bring them to life.
